As an Online Brand Protection Account Coordinator, you’ll work with Internet analysts, operations personnel, sales and technical teams, account managers and clients to ensure maximum online brand protection for our clients. You’ll prepare and present analytical reports; oversee client implementation process, training and support; create client program strategies; and identify revenue generating projects

Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree; 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service related role; an in-depth understanding of the online landscape; excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and organizational skills; MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; and the ability to collaborate, articulate solutions and meet tight deadlines.
